Maaya’10

PES School Of Engineering, the latest addition to the People's Education Society (PES) is organizing its second Annual Inter-collegiate Cultural and Technical Fest on the 9th and 10th of April, 2010. It will be held at our state-of-the-art Electronic City campus and will feature over 25 cultural events and 10 technical events on 3 stages where participants will compete for exciting prizes worth over 1.5 Lakh Rupees. All events will take place over a highly awaited and entertaining 2 days.

The 2 day event will showcase:
· Popular cultural, technical and Literary events including Chameleon, Jam, Air crash, Theme/non-theme dance, Coding, Gaming, T10 Cricket, Cooking without a Flame and many more.

· Food stalls with lots of yummy treats along with a Tattoo stall.

· CROSSROADS (The Music Festival): This show will be a treat for music lovers! It will feature semi-professional rock bands from across the country (Eccentric Pendulum, All the Fat Children, Twisted Nail, Spitfire, Abandoned Agony, Amethysts) which will battle each other until one is crowned the winner of Crossroads’10. The competition will be followed by a concert featuring two professional rock bands which are bound to attract thousands of fans to the venue on the evening of the event. The headlining band for Crossroads’10 is “Bandish”.

Last year we saw an outstanding display of talent, fun and enthusiasm with participants from over 60 colleges for Maaya’09. This year, Maaya’10 is back with a bang, bigger and better! We look forward to seeing you all join in the fun.
